Mission & Goals

Mission:

Immaculate Heart of Mary parish is a Roman Catholic community centered in the Eucharist. Our mission in the PEA Ministry is to call IHM parishioners to a deeper belief in Jesus’ true presence in the celebration of the Holy Eucharist at Mass and to extend their worship outside of Mass by adoring Him in the tabernacle or monstrance so that all may develop a personal relationship with Our Lord. This call comes through Jesus’ question to His disciples, “Could you not watch one hour with me?” (Matthew 26:40).  We humbly ask Our Blessed Mother Mary to intercede for us.

Goals:

• To guide and inform parishioners about the Holy Eucharist and Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration through pamphlets, the parish bulletin, HeartBeat newspaper and the parish website.
• To bring speakers to our parish periodically to share their knowledge and love of adoration.
• To encourage our parishioners to commit to one holy hour per week before the Blessed Sacrament.
• To promote devotion and reverence to Jesus in the Most Blessed Sacrament.
• To share the fruits we have received from Jesus as adorers.
