The desire to learn about God and the need for the support of others are the main reasons people give for joining a Small Faith community. In addition to developing a deeper engagement with Catholic teaching, however, there is another possibility that needs to be realized.  Small Faith Communities cannot afford to be thinking of their group singly; they need to think of them as connected multiples, as organically related living cells in the larger body of Christ poised for mission.

To realize this vision, the Parish must have an accurate and updated census of Small Faith Communities.  We need your help to insure that all Small Faith Communities in the parish are “registered”.

An individual from each group is urged to supply the following information.

1.     Name, address, phone, e-mail of “every member”

2.     Name of group (If your group does not have a “name” you may find that coming up with a name is a useful exercise to refocus your community)

3.     Parish Contact person

4.     Do you have a Faith Development Coordinator (May be same as Contact Person)?

5.     Do you have an Action coordinator (May be same as Contact Person)?

6.     Meeting schedule

7.     Year formed

8.     Status with regard to adding members (Yes, No)
